GLEE, Up in the Air Lead Golden Globe Nominees

WOAH WOAH WOAH!

The new hit TV show (and my personal favorite) Glee leads the field for all shows at this year's Golden Globe Awards, snagging 4 nominations including Best Comedy Series and Best Actor and Actress for Matthew Morrison (plays Will Shuester) and Lea Michelle (plays Rachel Berry). Funny lady Jane Lynch also scored a Best Supporting Actress nomination for playing the hilariously evil Sue Sylvester.

The show beats out 30 Rock, Dexter, Damages and Big Love, which all scored 3 noms this year.

This is great! The cast of Glee is super super talented and it's awesome to see them get recognized.

The film that snared the most nominations this year (yes, the Golden Globes are both for TV and Movies) was Up in the Air, which stars George Clooney and Twilight's Anna Kendrick. The film received 6 nominations, including one for Best Motion Picture Drama, and acting nods for Clooney, Kendrick, and Vera Farmiga.

Other films that received multiple nominations were Avatar, Nine, and Inglourious Basterds, which all managed to grab 4.

Check out all of the nominees here!
