Boyle Continues to Dominate Album Chart

Susan Boyle's debut album "I Dreamed a Dream" claimed the top spot for the third straight week on the Billboard 200, selling another 582,000 copies to push its grand total to 1.8 million.

She becomes the first female artist in history to sell over 500,000 copies in its first three weeks out.

Very impressive!

Industry experts are saying that with the holiday surge Boyle could surpass Taylor Swift as having the best selling album of 2009. At the moment the country queen's sophomore set has moved 2.7 million units.

Elsewhere on the chart, Chris Brown's return to the charts since beating up ex-girlfriend Rihanna was bleak, as his album "Graffiti" sold just 102,000.
