As predicted, Miley Cyrus' new single "Party in the USA" debuted at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week. That is gigantic! The only song standing in her way is the Black Eyed Peas' "I Gotta Feeling," which, as mentioned before, breaks the record for the artists staying at #1 the longest, with 20 weeks in pole position.
Also new is Britney Spears' "Radar", the 4th single from her Circus album. It comes it at #90. This marks the first time since 2004 that Spears has 4 Hot 100 entries off of one album. She did it previously with her album In the Zone, which saw it's singles "Me Against the Music" (#35), "Toxic" (#9), "Everytime" (#15), and "Outrageous" (#79) enter the top 100.
